Members get a personalized nutrition plan, household meal planning, an AI meal suggester and logger, daily lessons on behavior change, an AI activity logger, and regular check-ins — with feedback delivered by an AI coach or a real human coach, depending on the plan. The service is delivered through a web app and companion tools, supported by our coaching and support team.

Certain features require a paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
